'26 Aquatics Symposium Vendor Registration

IPRA's Facility Management (FM) Section is hosting the 2026 Aquatics Symposium at the Carol Stream Park District, bringing together aquatic and facility professionals from park districts, municipalities, special recreation agencies, forest preserve districts, and other public recreation organizations throughout Illinois.

Whether you choose Premier or Exhibit Sponsorship, this event offers a valuable opportunity to connect directly with decision-makers, facility managers, aquatic supervisors, operations staff, and agency leaders responsible for aquatics programming, safety, facility operations, capital improvements, and purchasing decisions. There are two registration options available for vendors:

Location

Carol Steam Park District's Fountain View Recreation Center located at 910 N Gary Ave, Carol Stream, IL, 60188.

Who Should Attend

Vendors that provide products and services in the areas of, but not limited to, aquatic facility design and construction, pool equipment and water quality, lifeguard training and risk management, accessibility and inclusion, recreation software and operations technology, aquatic supplies and programming resources.

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Fountain View Gymnasium, in close proximity to the aquatic area and classrooms. There will be dedicated Exhibit Hall time between educational sessions.

What is Provided

In the Exhibit Hall, vendors will be provided with a table, two chairs, and access to power. Internet access will be available in all areas of the Fountain View Recreation Center, and the conclusion of the event, vendors will be provided with a list of agencies in attendance.

Additional Lunches

Each registration option includes two lunches for Vendor Representatives. If your company is planning to bring more than two, you may add additional lunches to the registration at $20 per lunch.
