Equitable digital experiences, such as ensuring website compliance with accessibility in mind, is critical to providing information, communication, and resources to all. Join My Rec as they breakdown Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 requirements for color contrast ratios, appropriate captioning for screen readers, and more. Stay informed about the most up-to-date requirements for your agency's website. Learn how the most relevant web accessibility practices can be used to enhance your recreation software platform. Bring your questions and discover practical tips to implement to ensure a user-friendly public site.

Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. CST on Monday, April 13.

Who Should Attend: This session is ideal for those who create virtual content, social media marketing, or website design and compliance. Marketing and communication roles, as well as technology roles, would benefit from this session.

How to Participate: The event will take place live via Zoom Webinar. Participants will receive a Zoom join link after the registration deadline passes. 

CEUs: Event is not approved for CEUs.

Watching the Recording: Lunch and Learn recordings are only available to LMS Subscribers on the IPRA University starting in March of 2026.
