Safety Committee Workshop Vendor & Sponsor Registration

This registration page is for vendors and sponsors only. 

The Risk Management Committee within the Illinois Parks and Recreation Association (IPRA) Administration & Finance section is proud to host the second IPRA Safety Committee Workshop on October 24, 2025, at the Carol Stream Park District.

This workshop is designed for both new and seasoned professionals in the Parks, Recreation, and Conservation field who are looking to enhance their knowledge of safety best practices and improve safety awareness within their agencies. Following the success of our previous sold-out event, which welcomed over 100 participants from various Chicagoland agencies, we anticipate another strong turnout this year!

Our goal is to equip attendees with practical resources and insights that will help strengthen their role in their agency’s safety committee. Participants will also earn 0.40 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) applicable toward maintaining their professional certifications. 

Vendors will have multiple opportunities to engage with attendees to showcase their products and services. This includes during check-in, scheduled breaks, and a dedicated Vendor Expo from 11:35am to 12:45pm. This time is set aside for attendees to explore safety-related products and services that can help elevate their agencies’ safety initiatives. 

Your registration fee will include a 6 ft. table to showcase your business, along with two (2) chairs, complimentary lunch for up to two (2) representatives, and access to power (upon request and availability).  We ask that all vendors arrive by 8:00am.

At the conclusion of the event, vendors will be provided with a list of agencies that were in attendance (please note that contact information will not be included).  Participants are asked to bring business cards, so vendors are encouraged to collect cards to collect contact information.

All vendors and sponsors will be acknowledged on the Safety Committee Workshop participant registration page. 

Deadline to register is September 15, 2025.

Time

Vendors should plan to arrive by 8:00am to allow for setup.
