IPRA's Administration & Finance (A&F) Section will be hosting the 2026 Software Symposium at the Bolingbrook Park District. Whether you choose to present a 45-minute company demonstration, exhibit in the interactive Exhibit Hall, or decide to partake in both activities, this is a great opportunity to showcase your company's software products and services for professionals representing park districts, municipalities, special recreation agencies, and forest preserve districts across Illinois.

Location
Bolingbrook Park District's Recreation & Aquatic Complex (B.R.A.C.) located at 200 Lindsay Lane, Bolingbrook, 60440.
Who Should Attend
Vendors that provide software products and services in the areas of, but not limited to, human resources, time & attendance / work force management, finance, and recreation.
Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the B.R.A.C. Gymnasium, in close proximity to the Demonstration Rooms. There will be dedicated Exhibit Hall time between demonstrations.
Demonstration Rooms
There are 23 total demonstrations slots available, starting at 9:25am and finishing at 3:30pm. When registration closes, vendors will be strategically placed in slots to ensure a variation of interests for each concurrent breakout.
What is Provided
In the Exhibit Hall, vendors will be provided with a table, two chairs, and access to power. In the Demonstration Rooms, vendors will be provided with a projector and screen; vendors are responsible for providing their own laptop and adaptors for an HDMI connection. Internet access will be available in all areas of B.R.A.C., and the conclusion of the event, vendors will be provided with a list of agencies that were in attendance.
