The resilient and diverse natural environments in our parks support park professionals in connecting communities to environmental programs, advocating for nature’s benefits, and promoting sustainability. SmithGroup landscape architects and ecologists will share strategies and project examples to help participants design, restore, and manage native communities, enhance biodiversity, and create lasting community connections. Learn through project examples covering various scales and locations, with insights on specialized design features and practical lessons for success. 


Who Should Attend: Park, recreation, and conservation professionals interested in incorporating ecological principles into their projects and programs.


How to Participate: The event will take place live via Zoom Webinar. Participants will receive a Zoom join link after the registration deadline passes. 


CEUs: Event is not approved for CEUs (Continuing Education Units are for certifications such as CPRE, CPRP, CTRS).
