Senior Committee Meeting

Description

Located within IPRA's Recreation (REC) Section, the Senior Committee consists of a group of park district professionals that serve older adults.  This meeting will explore the role of community partnerships in strengthening active adult and senior programming. Participants will discuss strategies for identifying potential partners, building mutually beneficial relationships, and expanding program opportunities through collaboration with local organizations, health providers, businesses, and community groups. Attendees will share successes, challenges, and creative ideas for developing partnerships that enhance programming and better serve older adult populations.  If you are interested in joining the committee or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register
