Showcase Your Expertise to Illinois’ Park & Recreation Leaders
IPRA’s Lunch & Learn series is your chance to get in front of the decision-makers shaping parks, recreation, and conservation across Illinois. With more than 3,000 members representing agencies that manage over 300,000 acres of land, 3,700 playgrounds, 900 recreation centers, and 370 aquatic facilities, IPRA members are the people you want to reach. As a Lunch & Learn host, you’ll present a 45-minute virtual session on a topic of your choice, followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A, positioning your company as a trusted resource on timely trends, services, and solutions relevant to park and recreation agencies, special recreation associations, and forest preserves.


Maximize Your Visibility
Your commitment includes prominent exposure before, during, and after the event, including your company logo and website featured on the event registration page, dedicated email blast (including 100-word company spotlight), social media post, and IPRA newsletter recognition. You’ll also receive an attendee list with names, titles, and agencies for follow-up and continued engagement.


Furthermore, after the live event your presentation continues to work for you - recordings are posted in IPRA's learning management system and remain available to members and non-members 24/7 for up to two years. With opportunities now available twice per month, January through December, the Lunch & Learn series is an unbeatable platform to share your expertise, build relationships, and grow your business in Illinois’ vibrant park and recreation community.


How to Register
Registration is easy! Simply select your registration type (webinar OR webinar and membership), confirm your contact information, then pick one Lunch & Learn from the list of available options scheduled for 2026. Once these items are completed, you can make payment or opt to be invoiced (payment due within 90 days). 


Zoom Platform
The Lunch & Learn presentation will take place on IPRA's Zoom platform, specifically Zoom Webinar. This allows for a distraction-free presentation and virtual interaction with attendees via the Zoom Chat feature. IPRA will provide panelist links to the speakers and a join link for the registrants.


Continuing Education Units
While we want the webinar to be educational, the purpose of the Lunch & Learn is to help you make connections with members. Therefore, this is a great opportunity to talk about your organization and how its services may be of use to the participants. For this reason, we do not approve the Lunch & Learn webinars for CEUs.


Registration deadline is September 30, 2026 or when all 23 available spots have been sold, whichever comes first.
