The IPRA vision for the ProConnect Mentorship Program is to create an innovative partnership between three people based on their commitment to the mentoring process, common goals/expectations, mutual trust, and respect. Mentoring is a “give and receive” process to provide a rich and rewarding group experience for early career, mid-level career, and advanced/retired professionals. We ask you to share all your information so the ProConnect Board of Regents can match you in a beneficial mentoring “triad” relationship. Both you and your recommended mentees will have the opportunity to agree to the selections before you are assigned to work together in this program. Mentors can include a range of senior positions, including but not limited to Executive Directors; Superintendents; Finance, Recreation, Special Recreation, Park & Facility Managers; Marketing and Graphic Arts Managers; IT and Human Resources Professionals; and Park Designers & Parks Professionals.
