1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Subscription and/or the LMS, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Member/Non-Member Status and Fee Attestation

At the time of purchase, Participant is required to select the applicable pricing category (e.g., IPRA Member or Non-Member) and submit payment accordingly.

By completing a purchase, Participant attests and affirms that:

The pricing category selected accurately reflects Participant’s eligibility at the time of purchase; and
Participant has paid the correct fee associated with that selected category.

3. Verification and Audit Rights

IPRA reserves the right, at its discretion, to verify Participant’s eligibility for any pricing category at any time, including but not limited to validating active IPRA membership status and account ownership/identity in IPRA’s membership system.

4. Misclassification and Access Suspension

If IPRA determines that Participant selected an incorrect pricing category and/or did not pay the correct fee, IPRA may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

Suspend or terminate Participant’s access to the LMS and Subscription content;

Reclassify Participant’s Subscription to the correct category; and/or
Issue an invoice for the difference (“balance due”) between the amount paid and the amount required.

5. Reinstatement of Access

If access is suspended or terminated due to misclassification or underpayment, Participant will not regain access to the LMS and Subscription until the full balance due is paid and the account is brought into good standing, as determined by IPRA.

6. No Refunds Due to Misclassification

If Participant selected a higher-priced category than eligible (for example, paying a non-member rate while eligible for member pricing), IPRA may, but is not obligated to, issue a partial refund or credit. Any refunds/credits are at IPRA’s sole discretion and may be subject to administrative processing.

7. Account Use and Access Controls

Subscription access is intended only for the individual user account that purchased the Subscription. Sharing login credentials or providing access to others is prohibited. IPRA may suspend access for suspected misuse or violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms, Fees, and Access

IPRA may update these Terms & Conditions, pricing, and eligibility requirements from time to time. Updated terms will apply upon posting or at the time of renewal/purchase, as determined by IPRA.
