If you are interested in joining the committee or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes\, you are encouraged to register.This month's meeting will focus on supporting staff and strengthening program consistency across youth and day camp programs. Key topics will include behavior expectations and discipline procedures\, with an emphasis on clear\, consistent approaches that promote a positive and respectful environment for all campers. The committee will also discuss camper rewards and positive reinforcement strategies to encourage engagement\, growth\, and positive behavior. Additionally\, we will review parent communication practices and explore ways to ensure messaging is clear\, proactive\, and supportive of strong family partnerships.
