Victoria Gonzalez has dedicated 11+ years to advancing inclusive recreation at NWSRA, where she now serves as Superintendent of Recreation. She has held progressive leadership roles and is certified as a CTRS, CPRP, CPE, and CIA. A seasoned presenter at local, state, and national levels, Victoria has spoken on inclusion, ADA, behavior management, and effective communication. She served as Director-Elect, Director, and Director-at-Large of the Illinois Therapeutic Recreation Section and co-authored “The Three Ps of Inclusion” in NRPA’s Parks & Recreation Magazine (March 2024).
