Exceptional Workplace Award Application

The IPRA Health & Wellness Committee was developed to help agencies identify and achieve a high level of health and wellness for their employees and recognize those efforts through the Exceptional Workplace Award.

Agencies applying for the Exceptional Workplace Award must complete an online application consisting of a series of required questions. Some questions also require additional explanations and/or supporting documentation. Each question has been assigned a point value, which the committee will use to review and score applications.

Agencies that meet the award criteria will be officially recognized at the IPRA Annual Business Meeting during the 2027 Soaring to New Heights Conference. Exceptional Workplace Award recognition is valid for five (5) years. To maintain their award status, agencies must reapply every five years. Agencies that do not meet the minimum award requirements may reapply the following year.

Application fees are non-refundable, and agencies that reapply in a future year will be required to submit the full application fee again.  First-time applicants are encouraged to review the Exceptional Workplace Award Criteria prior to beginning the application.
