Tuesday, October 20, 2026 (2:30 PM - 4:00 PM) (CDT)
Description
An unbranded AI graphic, a flyer dropped straight onto Instagram, or content designed without its audience in mind. Some social media design choices can be a little scary.
This crossover event between the Graphic Design Task Force and Social Media Committee explores where strong graphic design meets smart social strategy. Through collaborative breakouts, attendees will share ideas, examples, and practical approaches to:
- Branding Your Socials – Creating a consistent and recognizable presence
- Recurring Series – Developing repeatable content that builds familiarity
- Designing for Demographics – Creating with different audiences and generations in mind
- Short-Form Video + Graphics – Bringing design principles into Reels and video content
- Accessibility – Making thoughtful choices around captions, contrast, readability, and screen readers
- AI Design – Using AI as a creative tool without losing your brand or strategy
Leave with new ideas for bringing graphic design and social media together to create stronger, more intentional content.
