HR Symposium Vendor & Sponsor Registration

This registration page is for vendors and sponsors. 

The 2024 HR Symposium will be held at the Carol Stream Park District’s Fountain View Recreation Center on Friday, September 20.  This one-day event is expected to have 50-80 in-person participants.  In addition to receiving quality presentations from experts on human resources related topics, each attendee will walk away with resources from our event vendors and sponsors that can further assist their day to day and long term human resources needs.

Dedicated Vendor Expo Time will be from 8:30 am – 9:15 am and 12:00-12:45 expo/lunch. Your registration fee will include a 6 ft. table to showcase your business, along with two (2) chairs, complimentary lunch for up to two (2) representatives, and access to power (upon request and availability).  

At the conclusion of the event, vendors will be provided with a list of agencies that were in attendance (please note that contact information will not be included).  

All vendors and sponsors will be acknowledged on the HR Symposium participant registration page.
