Located within IPRA's Administration & Finance Section, the IT Networking Committee consists of park district professionals that either specialize or work in and around information technology. If you are interested in joining the committee or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register.

Cloud Voice Migration Strategies:  It is predicted by 2030 75% of all companies will have migrated to or implemented a cloud collaboration solution. Hybrid workforce is here to stay. Companies need a collaboration system that supports today’s workforce that is not limited to location or scalability. Whether you are considering migrating to the cloud soon or in the next 3‐5 years it takes planning. Join us to discuss strategies around cloud collaboration migrations.

Attackers versus Defenders:  Watch this exciting role‐play as two highly motivated cybersecurity experts battle it out ‐ egos at stake ‐ with one trying to launch attacks at every layer of security, while the other finds creative ways to block them. You will leave this session knowing the various attack methods used and the defenses that can be implemented to stop them. More importantly, you will learn a structured approach to prioritizing and managing risk. Conversations will include clever attacks and defensive methods for phishing, malware, physical and phone‐based social engineering, zero‐day attacks, deleting logs, data exfiltration, and MFA bypass ‐ to name a few. The methods may be technical, but the conversations will be kept to a high level for everyone to engage.
