Did you know? The state of Illinois recently passed a law effective January 1, 2024 that states the Design/Build method of construction project delivery can be utilized. The design/build method of construction project delivery has been in existence for over 5,000 years, but its modern-day uses have been primarily limited to non-residential construction projects and performance service contracts. During this webinar, learn more about the good, the bad, and the ugly of Design/Build; projects best-suited for Design/Build; and how to implement the Design/Build methodology for your next project. Presented by Ian Lamp, President of Lamp Incorporated, who has over 40 years of experience with municipal and recreational projects using general construction, construction management, integrated project delivery, and design/build construction delivery methods.
