One of the most common barriers agencies face is pursuing grants without a dedicated grant writer. It may seem intimidating to move beyond identifying an opportunity, to completing an application, to successfully implementing a funded project. Join Sourcewell, with speaker Rob Hogan, the Director of Integrated Grant Solutions at DRS, for a comprehensive and practical overview of the grant pre-award cycle. The session will walk through the structure of a grant application : interpreting funding guidelines, writing a compelling narrative, building realistic budgets, and submitting competitive proposals.
