This Lunch and Learn session explores practical strategies for modernizing accounts payable operations and strengthening financial stewardship. Drawing on real-world experiences and public-sector best practices, the discussion will focus on the entire invoice-to-pay process, including invoice receipt, approvals, payment execution, reconciliation, vendor communication, and audit readiness. Participants will leave with practical ideas for evaluating their current state, identifying improvement opportunities, and building a modernization roadmap aligned with the needs of their district.
