Nature Committee Meeting

Description

Located within IPRA's Recreation (REC) Section, the Nature Committee consists of a group of professionals that specialize or work in and around nature centers and nature programming.  If you are interested in joining the committee or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register.

Join us as we explore how teambuilding can strengthen not only our programs—but our people. This interactive session will center around what’s working well at your site, the challenges you’re facing, and how collaborative projects can bring teams together in meaningful ways.

We’ll reflect on real-life moments—times when working with others outdoors made a lasting impression, or when things didn’t go as planned and how team building skills could have helped. Together, we’ll discuss how simple projects can become powerful opportunities for connection, growth, and impact.

Let’s reimagine team building not as one more task, but as a tool for deeper collaboration and community—all in service to nature.
