• Erika Koty - Claims Supervisor, PDRMA
  Erika Koty is the Claims Supervisor for Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA). She has worked in claims since 1996, first for insurance companies such as Standard Mutual and American Family, then moving to public entity claims with the City of Naperville. She joined PDRMA in 2013 and has handled property, auto liability, general liability, workers’ compensation, cyber and crime claims. She currently heads up the PDRMA claims team, advising members on claim related issues and risk management topics.
• Sara Yager - General Counsel, PDRMA
  Sara Yager is the General Counsel of the Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA). She practiced labor and employment law for eight years with law firms in Chicago, and then joined PDRMA in 2017. In private practice, she represented management in labor and employment matters before the EEOC, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and other state and federal agencies and courts. Presently, she advises PDRMA members on a wide array of legal matters ranging from preventing injuries/accidents, responding to emergencies, tort laws, Title II accommodations, employment matters, and a range of other matters.
