Nurturing Your Well-Being through Self-Care presentation will provide participants insightful resource that guides individuals on a journey towards prioritizing their mental, emotional, and physical health. We will review what self-care is, the importance of self-care, review each of SAMSHA’s Eight Dimensions of Wellness and discuss how to foster commitment.

In this session we will explore the Fair Labor Standards Act rules and discuss the ones most relevant to you. We'll outline the differences between exempt and non-exempt employees, how to stay compliant with timekeeping and overtime rules, and knowing the difference between an employee and a contractor. Attendees will learn how to reduce their risk of noncompliance with DOL and IRS rules around this hot topic.

The panel will be reviewing process of deploying the platforms, including planning, configuration, and phased rollout.
