Kathryn O'Connor leads the compensation and survey departments at HR Source, providing Chicago employers with accurate benchmarking data and strategic guidance on pay, benefits, and HR practices. She consults on compensation system design, pay range development, performance management, and wage and hour compliance. In her expanded role, Kathryn oversees federal contractor compliance services, helping organizations meet mandated reporting and workforce obligations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
