Description
The Financial Sustainability Certification Program is designed to enhance and accelerate career growth for local government employees like park, recreation, and conservation professionals. This intensive 3-day program will address complex issues including the pressing need to practice financial discipline and acknowledge the responsibility professionals have as stewards of taxpayer dollars.
Presented by Jamie Sabbach at 110%, this next generation of the Master Class in Financial Sustainability series will combine targeted and relevant content and include a fun and interactive learning environment. Offered in collaboration with the Illinois Association of Park Districts (IAPD), this is one of twelve courses being offered around the country this year. Come join your colleagues for a cutting-edge learning experience that is sure to impress!

Why a Financial Sustainability Program
Financial Sustainability is one of the most consequential challenges of this decade. In a day and age when organizations that were once industry flagships struggle to keep afloat, it is imperative and deeply understood that all systems are susceptible to downfall due to a lack of financial discipline and smart decision-making.

Event approved for 1.5 CEUs (Continuing Education Units are for certifications such as CPRE, CPRP, and CTRS).
