IPRA's Administration & Finance (A&F) Section consists of park district professionals that either specialize or work in and around administration, finance, human resources, information technology, registration services, and/or risk management. If you are interested in joining the A&F Section or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register.

Timeline:
10:30 am:  A&F Section Board Meeting (also available via Zoom)
11:00am:  Panel Presentation of "Strategies for Retaining and Attracting Exceptional Talent for Parks & Recreation Agencies (In-Person Only)
12:00pm:  Holiday Luncheon

Presentation Details: This panel will feature Jackie Iovinelli from Park District of Forest Park, Jan Arnold from Park District of Oak Park, Marianne Birko From West Suburban Special Recreation Association, Bill McAdam from Downers Grove Park District, and Darleen Negrillo from NWSRA.  The panel will be moderated by Dr. Jeff Murphy of Park District of Forest Park.

Virtual Attendance Option:  Only the Administration & Finance Section Board Meeting will be shared on Zoom.  All other portions of this event are in-person only.  Links will be sent out to all registrants December 3.
