The Forest Preserve and Conservation (FPC) Section consists of professionals that either specialize or work in and around forest preserves and/or conservation.  If you are interested in joining the section or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register.

Please join Forest Preserve & Conservation District Section members for the annual meeting along with a roundtable discussion, reflecting on this year's events and how we can improve upon what we learned.  All are welcome, from seasoned staff to those just starting out in the field, as we discuss current trends, as well as best advice for mentoring and leadership and insight for career advancement. 

At this roundtable, we hope to have an open discussion to learn from each other about our successes in the parks and recreation community, particularly in the forest preserve and conservation district section! Come prepared to share the best tools, tips and programs that helped you to your current position, or questions for others how to overcome challenges you may be facing.
