Located within IPRA's Recreation (REC) Section, the Nature Committee consists of a group of professionals that specialize or work in and around nature centers and nature programming. Don't work at a nature center? Don't worry, we still have so much to offer to any program working to include nature into its recreational offerings.  If you are interested in joining the committee or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register.

Join us for a Nature Committee meeting on how to expand pollinator education and engagement beyond the walls of a traditional nature center. Building on Lyman Woods’ leadership in beekeeping and pollinator outreach, we’ll explore creative ways to bring bees and pollinators into the broader community through programs, BioBlitz events, and pollinator gardens. This meeting will include brainstorming sessions, idea sharing, and planning next steps to grow our impact and inspire new audiences.

3:00pm:  Free to roam and spend time visiting Lyman Woods
