The first of five in a series of events for the 2025 ProConnect Mentorship Program. This training is only for Mentors and equips them with the essential skills to guide, support, and empower their mentees effectively. Through practical tools, real-world scenarios, and interactive discussions, Mentors will learn best practices for fostering meaningful connections, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback. By the end of the training, mentors will feel confident in their ability to inspire growth and success within the ProConnect community.
