The second of five events in the 2026 ProConnect Mentorship Program brings triads together to lay the foundation for a truly magical mentorship—parks, recreation, and conservation style. 

Think of this gathering as setting up base camp, where strong mentoring relationships take root. Through engaging activities and guided conversations, participants will spark meaningful dialogue, build trust, and begin mapping out the path ahead. Together, Mentors and Mentees will explore how continuous learning, diverse perspectives, and creative thinking can strengthen their journey and deepen their connection.
