Hosted by IPRA's Communications & Marketing (C&M) Section, Sponsorship Committee covers all the current topics and trends regarding sponsorship and partnership in the parks and recreation field.  If you are interested in joining the C&M Section or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register. 

The Money Map: Navigating Sponsorships & Budgets:  Join us for an insightful panel discussion featuring five park districts representing a wide range of community sizes—from populations of 30,000 to over 150,000. Each panelist will share how their agency builds a sponsorship budget tailored to their unique community demographics and resources.  Learn how these districts determine their revenue goals, what strategies they use to achieve them, and the creative ideas that help drive success. Whether you’re from a small town or a large city, you’ll walk away with practical tips and inspiration to strengthen your own sponsorship efforts. 

Panelists include; Stacey Fontechia (Naperville Park District), Josh Hendricks (Plainfield Park District), Amy Lewandowski (Arlington Heights Park District), Deanna Angelini Johann (Gurnee Park District), and Wendy Friedman (Buffalo Grove Park District).

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will learn how to create revenue goals
2. Discuss strategies on how to achieve revenue goals
3. Participants will be able to list practical tips for successfully securing sponsorships
