Description

Located within IPRA's Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Section, the Youth & Day Camp Committee consists of a group of professionals that either specialize or work in and around camps and youth programming at special recreation agencies. This event will consist of a presentation by Anne Marie Seminary.  If you are interested in joining the committee or simply wish to attend for educational and networking purposes, you are encouraged to register.

Learning Objectives:
1.  Develop an understanding of the three components that make up self-compassion.
2.  Develop awareness on how self-compassion can benefit individuals.
3.  Learn ways to demonstrate being self-compassionate through practices and self-reflection.

How to Participate: This event will be on Zoom.  Links will be sent to all registrants the morning of May 5.

CEUs: This event is not approved for CEUs  (Continuing Education Units are for certifications such as CTRS, CPRE and CPRP certification).
